Incoming Raw Material is tested for composition rom NABL accredited laboratory and test results are cross checked with the Mill TC

Raw material is stored in a color coded format to easily identify material type , material grade and customer

Pre-laser cutting inspection is done to ensure right material and right size is used for laser cutting

Sample checking and approval is done for dimensional accuracy and consistency as per the customer drawings before production begins

During production, QC checks are done on sampling basis

Go / No-Go gauges are used to ensure precision up to 100 microns

Post laser cutting visual and physical inspections are done for burr

De-burred parts are sent to the Bending queue, where separate QC is done in correlation with the bending drawing

QC reports are maintained at each stage of the process as per ISO standards

Fixtures are used to pre-qualify laser cut parts as per end use assemblies

QC Reporting is done as per customer requisite format during despatch

Defect galleries are used to easily identify and segregate defects for rework

Separate rejection bin maintained far away from production area
